To offer help and hope to individuals and families living with the effects of brain injury through direct services, education and advocacy; to promote independent living and a sense of community among those affected; and to educate all Manitobans towards the prevention of acquired brain injury.
Many of our members benefit from attending the support, educational and social groups that we offer from September to June. We also provide advocacy support to our members.
There is no cure for brain injuries, only prevention. In partnership with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority and the Manitoba Public Insurance Commission, we offer the Prevent Alcohol and Risk-related Trauma in Youth (P.A.R.T.Y.) program to Manitoba high school students.

Caregivers are family members, relatives or friends who provide support to people with brain injury. Caring for someone can be a demanding job and some people need extra assistance to manage.
The Caregiver’s Support Group allow people to get together, let off steam and relax by sharing experiences, feelings, ideas, concerns and information. This the time to have a break and learn from other caregivers.
