Booking Process

PARTY program is free of charge for schools to attend.

The maximum number of students is capped at 30 due to the nature of the delivery platform and also to ensure all students can participate. However, a minimum number of 20 are suggested to ensure opportunities to attend are not wasted.

The minimum number of staff is required no matter how many students are attending to ensure an adequate level of student supervision.

The P.A.R.T.Y. coordinator will then send you an email to confirm the date of your P.A.R.T.Y. Program.

Approximately 1 week before the session, a school module will be sent out by mail. This module will include all the necessary materials and activities we encourage teachers to facilitate in the days following our online session.

Parent, student and teacher information and consent forms required for a school to attend virtually and will be sent to contact teacher via email.

  1. Complete and submit the Registration form above.
  2. We will reach out to you to secure your booking date.
  3. We cannot guarantee your 1st date preference we ask that you nominate other dates as a 2nd and 3rd preference.
  4. Program dates will be allocated on a first in basis.
  5. Each school will initially be offered only one (1) program date, second (2nd) program dates will be offered should places still be available.
  6. Download the P.A.R.T.Y. Program Teacher’s Facilitator’s Manual (This is recommended for schools participating virtually to supplement topics and themes covered in Live P.A.R.T.Y. sessions).

Conditions of Booking

  1. Please note there is a minimum of 3 weeks notice to cancel your program date. Should you cancel within the 3 weeks, please email the P.A.R.T.Y coordinator ASAP.
